This is how we play. It is short on purpose. Officers handle disputes privately and fairly, and every warning or removal can be appealed (rule 10). The charter is versioned: earlier versions stay readable.
1. Recruit to Legionnaire
A Recruit becomes a Legionnaire after 14 days in the guild, 3 guild events, finishing the first-week checklist, and no warnings.
2. Legionnaire to Predator
A Legionnaire becomes a Predator at level 60, with 60 days in the guild, 75% or better raid attendance over 30 days (sitting on the bench counts as attended), and the raid-ready add-on checklist complete.
3. Predator to Centurion
A Centurion is appointed by their Warmaster and approved by a founder.
4. Centurion to Warmaster
A Warmaster is appointed by the founders when a Legion opens.
5. Inactivity
30 days with no activity means removal, unless you are on approved leave (the Shade rank). We warn at 25 days and removals are never automatic: an officer decides. Removed members may reapply.
6. Alts
Alts belong in our sister guild, Legion of Terror Reserve. Your main character is in Legion of Terror.
7. Loot
We use Soft Reserve with Hard Reserves. Everyone in a raid can see every reserve. GDKP is banned by Blizzard and has no place here: no gold bidding, anywhere.
8. Gold and boosting
Zero tolerance for buying or selling gold, or for boosting for real money.
9. Harassment and drama
Two warnings, then removal. Officers handle disputes privately. Keep drama out of guild chat and out of Discord.
10. Appeals
Any warning or removal can be appealed once to a founder within 14 days. The decision is logged.
11. Hardcore
Hardcore runs as a separate guild.
Promotion, ranks and the guild bank
The charter is the binding version of the rules. The Ranks page shows what each rank holds, how promotion works at a glance and what the guild bank tabs are for.
